Turkey’s commercial consular meets exporters at SCCI |
SIALKOT: Turkey's Commercial Consular Ferhat Kavakli on Friday said that his country is keen to establish strong trade relations with Pakistan.
Addressing a meeting of exporters at the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) here, he stressed the need for promotion of trade ties between Pakistan and Turkey.
SCCI President Majid Raza Bhutta presided over the meeting, while Senior Vice President Adnan Arshad Sethi and Vice President Mian Imran Akbar were present on the occasion.
The consular promised that sincere efforts would be made to ensure regular exchanges of trade delegations between Pakistan and Turkey. He said that several Turkish companies were keen to invest in Pakistan and import Sialkot-made surgical instruments, sports gears and leather goods directly from Sialkot.
